Following the recent chopping of trees and a putting builders yard on our ground. Its  important that we have a meeting to discuss what might happen next,

If our group had known before the work had been done, maybe we could have done more to stop it.

Regarding future work We want to know:

When the proposed 1.8 metre fence will be erected?

When and if the remaining 4 pitches are to be fenced off?

If lessons learned from the floods, landslides and dust storms from previous work will be applied to future work?

When the drainage work for the first two pitches will be finished, and when it will be ready for use?

Why are healthy trees being felled and dead rotten ones left standing?

When will litter be cleared?

Are there any more plans to build on our recreation ground?

This request has been sent to a local councillor, and other people that might know?

When we get answers we will have our next meeting.
